ADIPEC 2024

Let’s talk about when and where. ADIPEC is an annual event, which typically takes place in the first half of November, though dates vary from time to time. The international trade fair runs a total of four days at the ADNEC Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, UAE. dmg world media ltd. is the official organiser for the event and only trade visitors can gain access to the trade show. Opening hours are set for 10:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the early evening. The last day tends to end at around 17:00. ADNEC is very well located as you can get to the Abu Dhabi International Airport in about 15 minutes via car. The exhibition centre is best reached by a car, but should you wish to use public transport you can. Bus line 040 runs by every single day in the week.

The success of ADIPEC has to do with just how many supporters and sponsors the trade show has with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Society of Petroleum Engineers being the biggest of them. Other companies acting as sponsors include ABB, Honeywell, PTTEP, AWS, Huawei and CEPSA from a long list. ADIPEC certainly lives up to its reputation as the undisputed global leader in the oil and gas sector. The conference alone registers 8000 delegates with attendance of over 100,000 energy professionals coming to see products and solutions from 2000 companies in total. Among them, you can count 32 energy ministers and 51 NOC, IOCS, and IECS. The level of internationality is also pretty impressive as there are 26 international country pavilions in place with the USA, Brazil, South Korea, Denmark, Algeria, Egypt, Japan, Sudan and Iraq represented. This makes ADIPEC essential for anyone in the oil and gas industry to attend. 

ADIPEC 2022

ADIPEC 2022 set a new standard for the event. The rendition, which took place as a live trade fair at the ADNEC from October 31 to November 3, 2022, attracted 160,549 visitors from 164 nations, 2,200 exhibitors, over 1,500 lecturers, and 54 NOCs and IOCs. Attendees achieved business objectives such as networking and expanding their professional knowledge on an exhibition space of 140,000 m2, including 28 country pavilions.

ADIPEC 2023

The 2023 edition of ADIPEC featured over 184,000 participants. This improved upon the success of the 2022 rendition. ADIPEC 2023 took place as a live trade fair in ADNEC between the dates 02.10.2023 and 05.10.2023.
