Proceedings take place over the course of three days and visitors have access to exhibits from 09:00 am in the morning until 06:00 pm in the afternoon. Only the last day sees an earlier closing time at 17:00 pm in the afternoons. NürnbergMesse GmbH serves the dual role of both official organiser and venue for the trade show.

BrauBeviale 2023 took place as a live trade fair without implementing Covid-19 safety measures between 28.11.2023 and 30.11.2023. This was due to the country removing its pandemic-related restrictions during the previous years. It was held in Messe Nuremberg and received around 1,000 exhibitors from 42 countries. Approximately 45% of them were from a foreign country.
