EPHJ-EPMT-SMT 2024

EPHJ-EPMT-SMT is put together by Palexpo SA and is put together in Geneva, Switzerland every year. Editions are typically held in June and programming lasts for a total of four days. The event is held at the Palexpo and admission is given only to trade visitors. Working hours have been set for 09:00 am until 18:00 pm. The only exception is the closing day, which wraps up at 16:00 pm. There are a lot of options when it comes to commuting. The Palexpo is conveniently located right next to the airport so if you’re staying there, you can walk there in five minutes. There are also several bus lines that you can take – 5, 28 and Y. Last but not least, you can reach the exhibition centre by train as the Swiss Federal Railways train station is right beside.

EPHJ-EPMT-SMT is a unique trade show as it brings in professionals from different backgrounds together under one roof, while also remaining highly specialized. You can see this in the numbers for the trade show and the diversity in trade visitors. Last live edition saw over 800 exhibitors from some twenty countries, which were more or less based in the European continent. They attracted 20,000 trade visitors, who traveled from all corners of the world. The audience comes from many industries – watchmaking, aeronautics, automotive, metrology, optics/photonics, automation and robotics, medical devices, R&D and subcontracting. What helps ensure that editions are a success is the generous support from multiple sponsors like EuroTec, helvetia, CreditSuisse, medizin & technik, AICA, opi and more.

EPHJ 2021

The 2021 edition of EPHJ received a great number of visitors despite the travel restrictions caused by the pandemic. The exhibition grounds feature a new open plan with wide aisles. This allowed attendees to move between the stands while maintaining social distance. The edition featured several roundtable discussions. Among the discussion topics was the increasing pressure for sustainability, traceability and environmental protection on watch and jewellery subcontractors. 

EPHJ 2022

EPHJ 2022 was a live event that occurred between the 14th and 17th of June 2022. It was hosted at Palexpo in the absence of Covid-19 safety precautions, as a result of the lifting of the domestic limitations. The exhibition attracted approximately 700 exhibitors from 14 countries and 18,000 attendees (33% more than in 2021).

EPHJ 2023

EPHJ 2023 took place as a live trade show in Palexpo between 06.06.2023 and 09.06.2023. The venue did not include Covid-19 safety measures, and the format featured a 21% increase in visitor attendance. The event received 750 exhibitors from 16 countries and 21,780 visitors.
