The hosting dates for the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair in 2024 are set between 13.04.2024 and 16.04.2024. The event format will be “face-to-face” and the exhibition will be hosted at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. All health and safety measures will be in effect to ensure the well-being of all in attendance. This will include safeguards such as maintaining a safe distance of 2 metres, as well as wearing in indoor areas PPE such as surgical masks. Additionally, because of the current travel restrictions, attendants will have to present upon arrival a negative test result no older than 48 hours.

As we’ve already established, HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair runs twice a year. Once in the middle of April and once in the middle of October. HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair is the main business platform for exhibitors and visitors on the territory of Asia. Editions regularly pull over 50,000 trade visitors from 140 countries, which makes the trade fair a massively lucrative opportunity to break into international markets all over the world. Around 60% of all visitors are foreign nationals with the biggest percentages coming from Asia, then followed by Europe, North America and South America. HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2022 was hosted as part of the hybrid trade fair known as the International Sourcing Show. It consisted of a physical trade show in the HKCEC and two virtual platforms. During the physical aspect, the venue featured strict Covid-19 safety measures. One such precaution was social distancing. The event received over 20,000 buyers and more than 1,730 exhibitors from 12 countries. Over 5,000 business meetings were hosted during the event, and over 83,000 products were presented.
HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2023
The Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2023 and the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2023 took place at the same time. They were hosted as live trade shows between 12.04.2023 and 15.04.2023 at the HKCEC. The editions featured 3,000 exhibitors who presented their wares to more than 66,000 purchasing specialists.
